Where we started
 
Having worked with the Prelude Network on its original brand, the team at West was excited when the company’s CMO approached us to partner on their first D2C product offering. Inception had recently acquired a supplement line developed by fertility specialists and asked for West’s strategic and creative direction in developing the brand to fit within the greater Prelude Network while bringing its own dimension. The challenge was two-fold: create a brand that would appeal to Prelude patients and one that could compete in the oversaturated D2C supplement market.

What we did
 
West became an extension of Inception’s marketing team through a multi-phased scope that addressed the primary brand goals for the launch. 

To start, West executed a rebrand of the recently acquired supplement line beginning with a Verbal and Visual ID that simultaneously fit within and added to the greater Inception family of brands. These IDs emphasized packaging implications, web copy, and other tactical assets for launch.

Next, West conducted market research and created a customer journey map focused on the awareness to conversion funnel to inform what collateral and journey moments to focus efforts on with the launch. 

Finally, West created a secondary packaging system, product descriptions, blog posts, and other core pieces of collateral to bolster a successful Q1 launch.

Where are they now
 
NutraBloom launched a pilot of select products in Q4 of 2022. Most recently, the company launched its full line in January of 2023.
