Where we started
 
After raising their Series A—the first significant amount of outside capital for the business—Mural was at a key inflection point and ready for ambitious growth. But the “virtual whiteboard” was still mostly a new B2B category, and with a number of competitors on their horizon, then engaged West to better define their product, category and growth approach through a brand strategy reset.

What we did
 
West developed a new brand platform, a refreshed visual identity, a complete wordbook with key assets for enterprise sales, a marketing playbook and engaged in several recruiting efforts.

Where are they now
 
The MURAL business is growing at an exponential scale and they are quickly growing into adjacent and future audiences as remote work is becoming “the new normal” for the entire globe. The visual and verbal assets West developed as a kit for the future are now being integrated across all channels.
