Where we started
 
The events industry has been notoriously opaque and full of ‘hidden fees’. With the ambition of becoming the one-stop-shop for all things event organizers and event goers need and love, events.com says it doesn’t need to be that way.

Following a series of M&A deals, the events.com team was ready for West to realign all moving pieces and help the company drive towards a new level of brand awareness and conversion.

What we did
 
West started with a deep dive into industry trends and stakeholder needs and wants. With that, we were able to align events.com’s core offerings, visions, and technical roadmap with a powerful brand foundation and architecture to ground all strategic decisions.
From there, the West team delivered a comprehensive verbal identity guide, refreshed visual identity guide and toolkit, a 36 month Go-To-Market strategy playbook, as well as a full website redesign to help bring the brand to life with one cohesive narrative.

Where are they now
 
Events.com is currently executing on the recommended strategy, and launched their redesigned website and new brand identity in Q2 2023. They went on to raise $8.12 million in June 2023. We believe the brand’s future is bright, and that the events.com team will continue to lead with passion towards their next milestone.
