Where we started
Brynne Kennedy started MoveGuides to help companies manage the logistics of moving talent around the world. Having just closed a $48 million Series C equity round, MoveGuides had the growth capital to stand out in an increasingly competitive business environment.

What we did
MoveGuides engaged West to strategically position the company for the next phase of growth. We changed the company’s name to Topia, redefined their value proposition and audience, and created a new business strategy that would enable the company to seize the full potential of its market opportunity. The result: a scalable brand that matched the robust platform for managing global workforces that Topia was about to become.

Where are they now
Today, Topia powers global talent mobility programs for many of the world's most trusted brands, including Schneider Electric, Dell, Veolia, Equinor, AXA. With over $110M in venture funding, their initial success allowed Topia to make a number of strategic acquisitions. The brand now encompasses MOVE Guides, Teleport, Polaris, and Monaeo – each of which tackles a specific aspect of the complexities involved in helping organizations and their people.
West was an amazing partner in shaping our emerging global mobility management category and defining a new identity for the company.
