Where we started
 
Founded in 2017 by Cameron Yarbrough and Keegan Walden, Torch is an executive coaching marketplace and professional development platform that connects not only executives, but also new emerging managers, to top executive coaches. The company’s platform combines human intelligence and digital technology to accelerate talent development and deliver measurable leadership outcomes.

What we did
 
West partnered with Torch to build an enterprise-ready brand that emphasized their vision to be a truly integrated platform for Learning and Development leaders. From developing the foundational brand platform and strategy, to recruiting the team needed to get there and facilitating an acquisition that pulled the business forward by years, West made space for Torch to grow into its next chapter. With a bold look and feel, the brand is now representative of the premium service Torch facilitates.

Where are they now
 
Torch has now coached over 1,500 leaders across 250 rapid-growth companies and the market continues to grow as more leadership teams see the value of coaching and development. In early 2020, the company merged with Everwise to build the industry’s first complete end-to-end suite of leadership learning and development software for executives, employees and HR leaders. The company raised $40 million of Series C funding in May 2022 with a pre-money valuation of $300 million.
