Where we started
VitaminLab is a customizable B2B vitamin and supplement supplier based out of Canada. They came to West to help update their brand to reinforce their B2B relationships with doctors, nutritionists, and other practitioners, but also begin to build a relationship directly with the consumer to boost LTV.

What we did
West successfully delivered a brand platform and positioning strategy to help VitaminLab stand out in an increasingly crowded market. This required interviews with both consumers and practitioners as well as a detailed mapping of the customer journey. This allowed us to identify key touch points where we could create delight for customers and build a relationship directly with them in ways that supported the work of their practitioner.

VitaminLab took West’s work and implemented it across their product and marketing channels.
They raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from DSM Venturing in 2023.
