Where we started
As the team prepared to close a Series D in March 2021, Ro engaged with West to help articulate the brand opportunity as they planned to scale various care verticals. With the vision of revolutionizing healthcare through truly patient-centric care, Ro needed the clarity of a strategic brand foundation, brand architecture, and key expressions in verbal, visual, and experiential lanes to realize their opportunity.

What we did
The West team operated as an extension of the Ro internal brand and marketing team. We were able to collaborate closely with the founders, the VP of marketing, VP of design, and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure our work aligned with internal operations. As a part of the process, West created multiple custom frameworks to effectively carry out the Ro brand strategy across different verticals.

Where are they now
West wrapped up the engagement with Ro in September 2021, and in Jan 2022, they went on to raise additional Series D1 funding of $150 million at a pre-money valuation of $6.5 billion. The internal marketing team is actively implementing and scaling the brand as we speak.
