Where we started
 
When Prelude founder Martin Varsavsky called to ask if we would be interested in working on the future of sex, he got our attention. The challenge: acquire the country’s top infertility clinics and transform them into fertility clinics.

What we did
 
With the goal of enabling people to have a healthy baby whenever they are ready, Prelude partnered with West to launch a brand focused on education rather than fear. West created a brand identity to connect with all types of patients. West established Prelude’s core market positioning, audience definition, brand platform, visual and verbal identities, and Go-To-Market strategy so Prelude had a brand that could meaningfully grow into its market over time.

Where are they now
 
Since the start of our work together, Prelude has expanded from a single clinic to the largest and fastest-growing network of fertility clinics in the United States. In March 2019, the Prelude Network merged with Inception Fertility, creating the largest network of comprehensive fertility care clinics in the U.S. Since then, we have helped Prelude launch affiliated businesses including Bundl, a fertility services financing company serving the Prelude network and the fertility industry as a whole. They received $50 million of debt financing in October 2022.
